Business Manager Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Manager to lead our business development, vendor management, and product innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech and digital lending, with proven experience managing key stakeholders such as Jazz, Easypaisa, Credit Bureaus, and 1Link. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive business growth, meet organizational goals, and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, including telecom companies (Jazz, Easypaisa), Credit Bureaus, 1Link, and other fintech stakeholders.
– Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and partnerships to ensure smooth collaboration and operational efficiency.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams within the digital lending sector.
– Monitor vendor performance, resolve operational challenges, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
– Define and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives and key results (OKRs).
– Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion through data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
– Prepare detailed business performance reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and present actionable insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
– Minimum of 4-5 years of managerial experience, preferably within fintech, digital lending, banking, or telecom financial services.
– Strong understanding of digital lending ecosystems and market dynamics.
– Established network and relationships with key industry players such as Jazz, Easypaisa, 1Link, and Credit Bureaus.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
– Analytical mindset with expertise in business strategy development and performance measurement.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
– Master’s degree is preferred.
– At least 5 years of experience as a Business Manager is advantageous.
– Proficiency in English is preferred.
