Milestone 2 – Print templates

• Business Cards
• Appointment Cards
• Letterhead & Envelopes
• Consent Forms
• Brochures or Flyers

Milestone 3 – signage

• Outdoor Signage — Clinic name sign, window decals, door hours, parking signs.
• Interior Graphics — Reception signage, wayfinding signs, treatment room door signs, wall graphics if you want a branded look.

Milestone 4 – Digital & Marketing

• Video – intro / outro
• Website Graphics — Hero images, icons, custom illustrations or photos, banners.
• Social Media Templates — Branded Canva or PSD templates for posts & ads.
• Email Newsletter Template — If you plan to do patient outreach.
• Online Ads — Banners or Google/social ad graphics.
• Uniform Branding — Scrub embroidery or name badge designs.

Patient Education Materials — Diagrams or posters explaining procedures.
